Basic

Our BASIC model is a cheap semi-automatic strapping machine of excellent quality: You pull the strap over the packaging good and put it on a contact surface. The strapping machine then pulls the strap tight, seals and cuts it. It can be used for PP strapping from 6- 15.5. mm strap width. Tension force adjustment is done mechanically.

For the semi-automatic strapping machines is the "on-place service, " not by our technicians. In the case of damage the machine must be returned to our central warehouse. In the case of a guarantee we will refund the freight costs incurred by prior consultation with our complaints department.

LS-538

Almost the same than our BASIC model, but smaller machine layout: 420x650 mm (LxW) instead of 582x910 mm for the BASIC. As this machine is a non-standard item, its price is slightly higher than for BASIC despite its smaller layout.

LS-535 L

With its working height of only 355 mm, our LS-535 L model is especially recommended for high volume packaging goods. Except of the machine height, all other specifications are the same like those of our BASIC model.

Comfort

Our semi-automatic strapping machine model "Comfort" can be considered as next stage of the BASIC model and has the following advantges / special features: thanks to modern DC motors, Comfort model works almost noiseless and is thus especially suitable for use in the office or mail room. Tension force can be adjusted electronically and due to its adjustable height it can be easily integrated in a packaging line.

Speed

"SPEED" can be considered as benchmark for 5-6 mm strapping and is the top seller in Europe. Thanks to ~ 50 strapping cycles per minute, it is common in the mail-order as well as in the publishing and printing industry. Strapping cycles can be started by foot-pedal, manual push of a button or via photo cells. Its height is adjustable from 830 to 930 mm. Included special features: automatic strap and strap end ejection system, automatic strap load and electronic tension control.

Automatic strapping machines for 9-16 mm strap width

Performance

Our "Performance" model is the standard version of a automatic strapping machine for 9-16 mm PP strapping with ~ 28 strapping cycles per minute. Strapping cycles are started either by manual push of a button, by foot-pedal or by a table-ball switch. Tension force is adjusted mechanically.

Performance+A

If you want to integrate a strapping machine in a conveyor line, our model Performance+A which is based on Performance Plus can be considered as ideal solution. It is equipped with a belt or roll conveyor. When the packaging good passes the integrated photo cells, a pre-defined number of strapping cycles is triggered automatically. Optional equipment like a pneumatic press or variable conveyor belt speed is available on demand.

Performance+L

With Performance+L, sealing head is placed aside instead of below the table and is thus suitable for integration in a conveyor line or for high volume or heavy products that cannot be lifted easily to the table for being strapped. Our Performance+L is available with and without roll conveyor - the latter makes sense when a conveyor line is already in place.

The roll conveyor is available with drives as well - in this case 2 photo cells are integrated for automatic packaging good recognition.

PalettPlus FX

Die PalettPlus FX ist die Standardversion für das halbautomatische Umreifen von Paletten. Sie klappen die Bandführungszunge manuell herunter, fahren mit dieser unter die Palette - und auf Knopfdruck schießt das Band durch die Zunge. Der Mitarbeiter muss das Band nun manuell über das Packgut führen und es auf eine Kontaktfläche auf der Maschine bringen. Dann zieht diese automatisch stramm, verschweißt und schneidet ab.

PalettPlus

Our pallet plus model is state of the art in terms of technical features and comfort in use and can be used with PP and PET strapping as well (simply turn the swith into PP or PET position - all adjustments are then done automatically!). The track can be moved automatically upon push of a button.

LS-543

LS-543 is a mobile semi-automatic strapping machine for horizontal strapping. The sealing head is placed aside and is movable so that this model represents a inexpensive alternative to fully-automatic strapping machines for horizontal strappings.
